Article 1: Scope of Application
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the trademark search, AI analysis, and related services (“Service”) provided by Mycat Inc. (“Company”) through the website shohyo.xyz (“Site”).
Article 2: Nature of the Service
This Service is a trademark information and document preparation support tool. It does not provide legal representation or act as a patent attorney (弁理士). The Service does not file trademark applications on behalf of users. AI analysis results are for reference only and do not constitute legal opinions.
Article 3: Paid Services
Paid reports and services are charged in Japanese Yen (JPY) via Stripe. Payment is processed immediately upon completing the purchase. Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are generally not accepted after report generation. If a report contains obvious errors, please contact us.
Article 4: Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from AI analysis inaccuracies, data errors, or service interruptions. The maximum liability of the Company shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service in question.
Article 5: Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and data on this Site are owned by the Company or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.
Article 6: Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
